Kristen A. Wilson — Owner and Managing Attorney
Kristen A. Wilson is the founder and managing attorney of KW Immigration Law, P.C., a full-service immigration law firm based in Austin, Texas. With over 15 years of hands-on experience, she specializes in a broad range of immigration matters, including family-based immigration, employment and training visas (such as H-1B, H-2B, and H-3), humanitarian relief (DACA, U visas, T visas, and VAWA), naturalization, and investor visas like E-2.
Kristen has been honored to speak at two regional AILA (American Immigration Lawyers Association) conferences on the H-2A/H-2B seasonal visa programs and offers targeted legal consulting in these complex and compliance-driven areas to employers, agents, and fellow practitioners.
In addition to employment-based immigration, Kristen also handles all aspects of family-based immigration and humanitarian relief, including T visas, U visas, and VAWA petitions. Her thoughtful, client-centered approach ensures that individuals and families receive guidance that is both compassionate and effective.
Kristen is licensed to practice federal immigration law nationwide and holds a state license in Georgia. She also offers legal counsel and law firm management consulting on a contract basis.
Pamela Santana — Law Clerk
Pamela is an experienced attorney licensed in Ecuador and a graduate of The University of Texas School of Law, where she earned her Master of Laws (LL.M.) in U.S. Law for Foreign Lawyers Concentration. She is a native Spanish speaker with strong skills in legal research, writing, and analytical thinking.
Before her LL.M., Pamela practiced law in Ecuador for nearly five years, serving as in-house counsel for a major bank and later as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Constitutional Court of Ecuador. In these roles, she handled bankruptcy, corporate, employment, and civil rights matters, and drafted constitutional judgments, including cases on immigration and human mobility.
During her time at Texas Law, she was actively involved in the Richard and Ginni Mithoff Pro Bono Program, where, as a student attorney, she represented clients in asylum matters. Her work included conducting interviews, gathering documentation, and preparing cases for review and filing under the supervision of faculty attorneys. She also served as a staff editor for the Texas Journal on Civil Liberties & Civil Rights and the Texas Hispanic Journal of Law & Policy and was an active member of the Women’s Law Caucus and the Chicano/Hispanic/Latino Law Students’ Association.

Ana Salazar — Family Immigration Legal Assistant
Ana Salazar is an Immigration Paralegal with a deep commitment to helping individuals navigate the complexities of immigration law. Her legal career began after earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Marketing from Bernard Baruch College. This academic foundation, combined with her dedication to making a meaningful impact in people's lives, led her to specialize in immigration law.
Throughout her career, Ana has developed extensive experience managing complex case files and drafting essential legal documents. She is known for her meticulous research in support of immigration proceedings and her attention to detail. Her strong organizational skills contribute to maintaining efficient workflows and fostering positive client interactions.
Ana is particularly adept at preparing a wide range of immigration petitions and maintaining accurate records, which has helped her build strong relationships with clients facing challenging circumstances. She emphasizes the importance of effective communication and strives to provide compassionate support throughout the legal process.

Luis Gervacci Hermosillo — Bussines Immigration Legal Assistant
Luis Gervacci is an immigration paralegal, with multiple years of experience in bussines immigration. He’s also an attorney licensed in Mexico, where he’s pursuing a master’s degree in Corporate Law, to improve his knowledge and skills, that seeks to apply in his work.
Using his extensive legal research, writing, and analytical thinking, he ensures clients are always treated with maximum respect, while always acknowledging their needs and goals. He approaches others with kindness as this is a fundamental trait in communicating and connecting with his clients.
His immigration knowledge revolves mainly around H-2B cases, but he also has extensive knowledge in H-2A, E-2, and has supported PERM visas. And before entering the Immigration world, he was part of a Humans right Commission in his city, this allows him to connect with the people that apply to work visas, as he wishes to continue helping others in humanitarian ways.

Having relocated from Colombia to the United States, Ana also brings a unique personal perspective on the opportunities and challenges that come with navigating new systems, cultures, and professional environments. Karla Olivares — Legal Support Specialist
Karla holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations from the University of El Salvador, with a specialization in Immigration Law. She recently completed a Master's Degree in International Development Cooperation: Project Management at the International University of La Rioja (Spain), further strengthening her academic background and comprehensive understanding of human mobility and development processes.
She has three years of experience as a consultant for the H-2 Visa Program, an initiative aimed at promoting safe, orderly, and regular migration between El Salvador and the United States. During this time, she participated in the recruitment of temporary workers for U.S. companies, led teams responsible for application processing, and guided candidates through interview preparation and consular procedures. This experience has enabled her to develop extensive knowledge of the H-2A and H-2B visa programs, as well as a deep appreciation of the positive impact these opportunities can have on the economic, professional, and personal growth of workers and their families.
Karla is recognized for her commitment, professionalism, and sensitivity to the needs of each individual she supports throughout the process.
